Excellent review! I haven't read the book, and don't plan to--it doesn't seem like quite my thing overall. But I really enjoyed your analysis and what you have to say about representation and the lack thereof of pretty much any Jewish characters in fic, except in a token way. Also, really insightful observations about where/when inaccuracy works or doesn't work.
