Yeah, no, I don't rec this one for you. The next one I'm reviewing comes from a batshit insane trilogy that I also don't really recommend for you--you'll see why when I write the review--but I DO think you'll appreciate the complete bizarreness of it.
Honestly, I just, I see SO many reviews about how certain types of female characters in historicals aren't "historically accurate" or "well, those people" (insert whatever you want for that) "wouldn't have been accepted into the upper class" etc, etc.
